Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 100 pieces, one of the lowest in direct mail. You can test a coupon, design, or list of just 100 addresses before a larger run. Volume discounts start at 2,000 pieces; the per-piece price is the same on every order below that threshold.
Is there a monthly subscription or contract?
No subscription and no contract for one-off campaigns or upload-and-mail orders. Recurring programs are subscription-based (the cadence engine is what the subscription covers), but per-piece printing and postage are billed only when pieces actually mail. You can pause or cancel any program at any time.
