Renewal-cycle mailers.
Mail 30-60 days before policy renewal, every year, for every household on your book. Personal, timed, repeatable.
Insurance mailersAutomated direct mail for your small business: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, renewal reminders, monthly touches. Upload your client list with the relevant dates, design the piece, set the cadence. From then on the mail goes out on its own, every time, with no clicks per cycle.
Recurring mail isn’t one program — it’s as many as you want, each on its own schedule. Mix birthdays, holidays, and renewals across the same client list; SendMailr fires each one when its date hits.
Upload a birthday column with your contacts. Cards fire on the date you choose (e.g. 5 days before so it arrives on time).
Home purchase, first visit, signed-on date — any anniversary worth remembering, sent automatically each year.
Thanksgiving, New Year, Independence Day, or your own seasonal program — the whole list mails together on a date you pick.
A consistent monthly postcard or letter keeps your name in front of clients without you remembering to send it.
Policy, membership, subscription, or appointment-recall mailings, timed to land before the renewal window.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly — or tied to your own contact fields. Each program runs on its own clock.
The hardest part of staying in touch is remembering to send. SendMailr removes that step — once a program is set up, the schedule does the remembering, not you.
Upload a CSV or Excel list with the date columns that matter like birthdays, anniversaries, renewal dates, signed-on dates. Custom columns are supported, too.
Choose a postcard or letter format, upload your artwork or customize a template, and tell SendMailr which date column fires the send (and how many days in advance).
When a contact’s date arrives, the piece is rendered, personalized, sent to print, and tracked per recipient — no per-cycle clicks. Pause, edit, or add contacts any time.
Most automation feels obviously automatic. SendMailr’s recurring mail is engineered the other way: the cadence is automated, but the piece reads like one person addressed it to one client.
No per-cycle clicks. A program you set up in January keeps mailing in February, March, and every year after until you pause it at any time.
Names, dates, and merge fields are substituted into every piece automatically. Each card reads like it was addressed to one person.
Each recurring send carries the same per-piece tracking as any other mailing — queued, in production, in transit, delivered.
Update a design, add or remove contacts, change the cadence, or pause a program from your dashboard. Changes apply to future sends only.
Recurring mail lives alongside one-off campaigns, upload-and-mail orders, and shared advertising. Same dashboard, same per-piece pricing.
Every relationship-driven business has its own “you should have heard from us by now” moments. Recurring mail covers the ones that map to a date.

Insurance mailersMaintenance reminders, install anniversaries, and seasonal tune-up offers. The recurring engine keeps your service-area homeowners warm without a separate vendor.
Home services mailersMail every past client on the anniversary of their closing date. A simple "happy 1-year" card builds the referral pipeline that keeps farming alive.
Real estate mailersFor restaurants, gyms, salons, and retail, turn your customer list into a year-round touch program with a birthday card, holiday card, and one or two reactivation drops.
Small business mailThe questions most owners ask before they set up their first recurring program — what runs on its own, what the lead time looks like, what it costs, how to pause it.
Automated direct mail runs on a schedule tied to your contact data. You upload your client list with relevant dates (birthday, anniversary, renewal, etc.), design a piece, and pick the trigger. When a contact’s date arrives, SendMailr generates the piece, personalizes it, prints it, and mails it with no per-cycle work on your end.
Yes. SendMailr is an automated direct mail service built for small business. You upload your client list, design a piece, set the trigger (birthday, anniversary, renewal, monthly touch, etc.), and SendMailr mails on schedule. There is no per-cycle work after setup, pieces are personalized per recipient, and you can pause or edit any program from the dashboard at any time.
Birthdays, anniversaries (home purchase, signed-on date, etc.), holiday cards, monthly touches, renewal reminders (insurance, membership, subscription), and any custom schedule tied to a contact field. Each program runs on its own cadence and can use its own design.
You choose. Most programs are configured to send a few days before the trigger date so the piece arrives on time. For example, a birthday card mailed 5 days before the birthday. The lead-time is configurable per program so seasonal cards (holidays) and event-anchored cards (birthdays) can use different windows.
Yes. Each program has its own design. A birthday card can be a postcard; a renewal reminder can be a letter; a holiday card can be a different postcard size. You can change a design at any time, and the change applies to future sends.
Yes. Names, dates, and any merge fields you upload are substituted into every piece automatically. Each card reads like it was addressed to one person, not a batch. The only thing batched is the schedule, not the writing.
Yes. You can pause, edit, or fully cancel any program from your dashboard. Paused programs stop generating new sends until you resume them. Cancelled programs are removed entirely. Either action takes effect immediately and does not affect mailings already in transit.
Recurring sends use the same per-piece price as any other SendMailr mailing — postcards and letters are priced per piece, with volume discounts applied automatically at the published thresholds. Recurring cadence and content generation are included in the subscription tier; per-piece printing and postage are billed as the pieces are sent.
Yes. Every recurring piece carries the same per-piece tracking (queued, in production, in transit, delivered) and the same unique-QR option as any other SendMailr mailing. Scans on a recurring piece auto-create a tracked lead in your dashboard just like a one-off send.
Upload your contacts, design one card, pick the trigger date and let the schedule do the remembering.
