Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats can I upload?
SendMailr accepts CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files. The file needs to include at least name and a U.S. mailing address for each recipient.
Is there a minimum number of recipients?
No. You can upload a list of 1 or 10,000. There are no minimums.
What happens if my list has bad addresses?
SendMailr flags addresses that fail validation. You can review and remove them before approving the send.
Do you deliver outside the U.S.?
No. SendMailr delivers to U.S. addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after production completes. Tracking shows real-time status per recipient.
Can I upload the same list for a repeat send next month?
Yes. You can save your list and design and reuse them for future sends. You're not locked into any single campaign structure.
