How It Works

Four steps, no print shop.

Most upload-and-mail tools assume you know what a bleed is. We assume you know what your list is and what you want to say — we handle the rest.

Drop your list.

CSV or Excel. Any spreadsheet with names and U.S. addresses works — export from your CRM, Google Sheets, or wherever the list lives. Bad addresses are auto-flagged so you can review before anything prints.

Pick the format and design.

Postcard (4×6, 6×9, or 6×11) or letter. Upload your own artwork, customize a template, or have AI write a personalized letter for each recipient. Save the design to reuse later.

Test before you go to production.

See exactly how your piece will look when it goes to production. We render one piece digitally through our test mode, not a physical send. No charge until you approve the full run.

Approve, we print and mail.

Review the per-piece price and total. Approve, and we print and mail through USPS — with per-recipient delivery tracking in your dashboard. You’re only charged for pieces that actually mail.

What’s Different About Upload & Mail Here

Built for owners,
not mailing geeks.

Other tools assume you know what a bleed is, how to format the address window, and how to read a postal class table. SendMailr handles all of it — you upload the list and approve the piece.

Any spreadsheet works.

CSV, Excel, or a copy-pasted column — the upload parser auto-detects columns and pulls names, addresses, and any custom fields into merge variables.

Address verification, built in.

Bad addresses are auto-flagged before anything prints. You see the count, review the flags, and remove rows or fix the source list before approving.

Pay only for what mails.

The order authorizes the full amount but we only capture for pieces that actually mailed. Failed pieces are not charged — even on a partial run.

Per-recipient delivery tracking + QR.

Every piece is tracked (queued, in production, in transit, delivered). Optional unique QR turns each piece into an attributed scan if a recipient engages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Upload & Mail, answered honestly.

The questions most owners ask before sending their first list through — what format the upload accepts, the minimum order, the free print preview, what gets charged if some pieces fail.

How do I send bulk mail online?

You send bulk mail online by uploading your recipient list, choosing a mail format, approving the per-piece price, and authorizing payment. SendMailr handles printing, postal handoff, and per-recipient delivery tracking. Upload accepts CSV or Excel, supports postcards (4×6, 6×9, 6×11) and letters, and you can preview your piece at print size free before paying for the full run.

Can I send bulk mail online with a CSV upload?

Yes. SendMailr lets you send bulk mail online by uploading a CSV or Excel file. The parser auto-detects address columns, validates each row, flags bad addresses for review, and lets you remove any row before approving. Postcards (4×6, 6×9, 6×11) and letters in #10 envelopes are supported. No print shop, no post-office trip.

What file formats can I upload?

CSV and Excel (.xlsx). Any spreadsheet with names and U.S. mailing addresses works — standard column names like Name, Address, City, State, Zip are auto-detected, and property-export formats (Owner Name, Site Address, etc.) are also recognized. Custom columns are saved as merge variables for personalization.

Is there a minimum number of recipients?

Yes — the minimum order is 10 pieces by default, one of the lowest in direct mail. The exact threshold is shown in the app when you build your order. The same per-piece price applies whether you mail 10 pieces or 10,000; volume discounts kick in at the published thresholds.

How does the free print preview work?

Before authorizing payment, you can open an on-screen print preview. We render one piece end-to-end through our test pipeline — design, address window, bleed — so you can confirm everything looks right at print time. Nothing is printed or mailed, and no charge is applied.

What happens if some addresses fail?

SendMailr flags failed and invalid addresses before anything prints. The payment authorization holds the full amount, but only successfully mailed pieces are actually charged when the order completes. If some pieces fail, you are billed only for the pieces that mailed.

Do you offer volume discounts on large sends?

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout when your order crosses the published thresholds. The discount percentage scales with the piece count and is applied to the mail portion of your order. The thresholds and current discount percentages are shown on the pricing page and in your order summary before you pay.

Do you deliver outside the U.S.?

No. SendMailr delivers to U.S. mailing addresses only, including all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories. International mail is not currently supported. The full coverage area and any state-specific delivery notes are shown on the order confirmation.

Can I save the list and reuse it next month?

Yes. Mailing lists can be saved with a name and a list type (Residential, Commercial, or Mixed) under My Lists, and reused for future sends with a single click. The same applies to designs — save a postcard or letter once and pull it back into any future order.

Your list is all you need.

Upload a CSV, pick a format, preview at print size free if you want, and we print and mail. You only pay for pieces that actually mail.
