Is the SendMailr open house sign-in really free?

Yes. Creating an account, printing the sign and collecting sign-ins costs nothing. Visitors sign in on their own phone by QR code or on your tablet, and you keep every name, phone number and email. You only pay when you choose to mail something, such as a thank-you card to the people who came.

How much does it cost to mail a letter with SendMailr?

A standard letter starts at $1.19, and that includes printing, the envelope and USPS postage. Postcards are priced the same way, per piece. There is no subscription to send mail — you pay for the pieces in each order. Current prices for every size are on the pricing page.

Can I upload the farm list my title company sends me?

Yes. Upload the spreadsheet as you receive it. Most title company exports are read as they are, so there is nothing to reformat. You review the addresses, pick a letter or postcard design, and we print and mail it. If your title company sends a format we do not read yet, send us a sample.

Will other agents see my contacts or mailing lists?

No. Your open house sign-ins, contacts and mailing lists belong to your account only. Agents in the same office each have their own account and their own data. SendMailr does not share one agent’s list with another, and an office manager does not see an agent’s leads.

I manage a real estate office. Can all my agents use it?
