Accessibility Statement
Effective: May 28, 2026
Our Commitment
SendMailr LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to the SendMailr websites, dashboard, and applications.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform our Services to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. The Services are designed with the principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content in mind.
Measures Taken
To support accessibility, we:
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate to support assistive technologies.
- Provide visible focus indicators and keyboard navigation throughout the dashboard.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Use form labels, validation messages, and required-field indicators that work with screen readers.
- Avoid time-limited interactions and provide error recovery on critical flows.
- Review accessibility as part of our regular product development.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some portions of the Services may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known areas of work in progress include certain visual designs in PDF previews, complex map and polygon-drawing interfaces, and third-party-embedded components that we do not directly control. We are working to address these limitations.
Third-Party Content
Some features rely on third-party providers (such as Stripe for payments). Those providers maintain their own accessibility programs. We work to choose providers that share our commitment to accessibility, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of SendMailr. If you encounter a barrier or need information presented in a different format, please use our contact form and include “Accessibility” in your message so the right person sees it.
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 10 business days and to resolve substantive issues as soon as practical. If you ask for an alternative format of any content, we will provide it where reasonably possible.
